I had a regular appointment with my doctor last week, and the long and the short of it is that I need to lose weight, watch what I eat, and exercise more. Today is day 6 of logging everything I eat. I've been staying in the 2000-2500 calorie range every day.
We all love to startle ourselves awake (30 minutes before our alarm) with the realization that we messed something up at work yesterday and have to fix it *right away,* right? That's a universally beloved experience, isn't it?
