DeFlock Costa Mesa: 100+ community members, advocates, & local leaders showed up & spoke with one voice: cancel the Flock contract. But the City Council voted 6–1 to keep Flock in spite of community demands. Councilmember Arlis Reynolds was the only vote to cancel.
