So out of curiosity, I’ve been looking up old Mousercize workouts on YT & tried a few just for nostalgia. DUDE! Those workouts are NO JOKE! Kellyn is an aerobics expert doing moves that most adults need practice to achieve! And this is for Gen X KIDS!! (and we frigging DID IT TOO!)
