Repair vehicles were visible after the plant halted operations. #Russia

At least 5 fires were recorded at the refinery, including oil processing units, secondary processing units and a tank farm. #Ukraine
An explosions occured in occupied Sevastopol, Crimea. Smoke can be seen. Not clear (yet) what the target might have been. #Ukraine

Zelensky said there was unusual activity from the Belarusian side along sections of the Ukraine-Belarus border. He warned that Ukraine is ready to defend its people and sovereignty and that anyone being drawn into aggression against Ukraine should understand that. #Ukraine
Biden inherited an out of control pandemic from Trump, quickly got it under control, then presided over a historically strong job market and rising wages. His economic stewardship was envy of the world. Trump on the other hand is now poised again to leave his successor a flaming bag.

Ukrainian forces also hit a Tor-M2, an artillery brigade HQ in Lysychansk, an ammo depot, and a Black Sea boat base. #Ukraine
