I've lived through other times and presidential admins with whom I've disagreed with their rule of law. I even lived through Trump's 1st term. I am not so certain that at any point through those admins have I ever been so cynical or pessimistic as to the direction of our country than I am now. #sad

When we see someone in uniform, we should see someone who has decided to serve their nation to protect us. We should see a friend, a brother, a sister. The decision to serve should be given respect. They put their lives on the line. Uniformed troops should never be used to police Americans. Never.
Law enforcement officers should never cover their faces when making arrests or conceal their identities (unless they are working undercover). They work for us. We have a right to know who they are. These face coverings are frightening & unAmerican, as though they're ashamed of what they're doing.
