Critical Role Campaign 4 just keeps getting better with every arc. Truly a stunning show; it's such a pleasure to watch a group of performers this good at what they do, performing at the top of their game, pulling off something that doesn't seem like it should be possible.

Called to update some insurance info. "Hi! This is Ava, your digital assistant—" Me:"Oh COME ON." Long pause. "I'm sorry to hear that. Let me transfer you to another agent to assist you." And it passed me along to human. At least that part's efficient. 🙄
