Going to commit to 10k steps a day in December (yes I know it’s an arbitrary number, no I don’t care 🤷‍♂️). Any dev or techie types using a walking pad for while they work? What triggers have you put in place to help drive you? 🚶 First step (ha), is getting the walking pad out the garage… 🕵️

8yo, “Dad, can we have blueberries in the spaghetti bolognaise?” Me, “Sure I don’t see why not?” I don’t think I’ll ever stop them from experimenting and enjoying food, especially when it comes to fruits and vegetables. 🫐 I didn’t try it, I was assured by the 4yo it was good. 🤷‍♂️🤤
