Had an idea for the crafting project while I should have been asleep (maybe slightly manic) That led to another idea which really needed more thought & anyway now my house is full of spray sealant fumes at 3am & it's possible I'll be divorced in the morning idk I'll let you know Cool project tho

My city's policies and actions should be thoughtful, align with those working to better the community, and primarily inclusive of those systemically underserved and disadvantaged. This is a moderate position and I'm simply not willing to compromise it. Mayor Her and her office must do better.

Recently, St Paul Mayor Kaohly Her made an announcement calling for the demolition of a few of the most prominent St Paul encampments.
This executive order called for the criminalization of homelessness, alleging that unhoused people are the source of violence and threats to public safety. It claims the reasons for these issues are prolific drug use and mental illness.
We as residents of St. Paul, owe it to our neighbors in encampments to amplify their voices and demand full transparency on the "plans" the mayors office claims to have spent months on with "community partners" (that have yet to be named specifically.)
We have the chance to make our presence known at the next few public events scheduled by the city and mayors office.
