Reminded of the insanity that USA tipping culture has reached. Just left a donation to chosen charity set up by a UK undertakers on their site. The only question was could I gift aid? (yes). Did exactly the same, but a USA undertaker a few weeks ago, but they wanted a 20% tip. For what?

Courgette flowers are edible and delicious! 🌼 Grow them in rich soil with plenty of sun. Pick male flowers (no fruit behind) early in the morning when open. Stuff with ricotta, batter & fry, or toss raw into salads for a delicate treat. A short-lived beauty—harvest before they wilt! #gardenchat
