I have a moral opinion. I thought morality reserved for fanatics, prudes, and AI trained to be "kind." But there it is. When faced with the opportunity to eat octopus, I felt revulsion and indignation(!) that octopus would be on offer. I will eat everyone else. But octopuses--I'm there for you.

I made a language this weekend! At least if you count morphology and syntax. It's like Sanskrit, if Sanskrit were agglutinative, and what I wanted it to be, and meant for cyberspace, and not a hot mess.

The Kickstarter for our "Missed-Fits" anthology is live! We have great rewards and add-ons for writers and readers alike, so come check them out. Plus, we have bonus rewards for anyone who backs in the first five days and our first 100 backers, so get in early to snag those! Link in the comments.

Apparently adult pandas spend 10-16 hours of the day eating. They have to because of the low nutrition content of bamboo and their size. Imagine needing to eat almost constantly just to survive. It's like the villain of a horror flick. Except these cursed villains are adorable, so we protect them.

Just sold my "The Ones Who Walk Away From New Jerusalem" to Sci Phi Journal. This isn't one I expected to sell because it's probably my most blasphemous story (generally in keeping with the character of the #UrsulaLeGuin story it's a response to).

My Writers of the Future winning story "A Word That Means Everything" is out in @penumbricmag.bsky.social. New achievement for me because it's the first time my work has been first in a ToC!
