I’m getting sick of the people we know who ask us why we wanted to get married ‘at our stage in life’. “You’re not having more kids at your ages”, they say. I respect that marriage isn’t for everyone, and it’s a choice. But ‘having kids’ as the criteria seems very Republican of them. Just saying.

Somebody’s lying again….. Iran said on Monday there were no talks under way with the United States and no plans for any meetings, contradicting U.S. President Donald Trump who had cited talks he said would take place Monday afternoon as justification for calling off attacks.
My dad used to remind me that ‘some comments aren’t deserving of a response’. His tolerance for stupidity was equal to mine. Looks like a good day to take his advice and run with it.
Unfortunately a new week begins without that one big announcement. Alas, the champagne will have to wait another day …
