Anyone near St Luke's Church, at Haslar Hospital, Gosport, Hampshire? Wall tablet there to an RN officer I'm interested in. The text is on the Maritime Monuments Database, which is great, but without a photo of the tablet. Have emailed the Haslar society, but just in case... #MaritimeHistory

The Union Chapel is advertising for a part-time archivist - it's a great job for someone. I've spent a lot of time there and the staff are great. The archive starts c.1820 and the postwar sections esp. are crammed with ephemera on all kinds of music and performance.

Screen grab of a website highlighting the cost efficiency of a company's archive research service. The text states that when emailing a registrar it takes 3-12 months, usually silence

Q for Nottingham(shire) folk: Does anyone know if there is a catalogue of programmes or even just a list for the "City and County in Concert" events promoted jointly by City of Nottingham and Notts. County Council in the 1980s and 1990s, mostly (but not entirely) at the new Royal Concert Hall?

Printers are finicky because they are portals between a digital world and a physical world which defies all of God's will and should never have been built should never have been built so yet require constant and consistent sacrifice to satisfy the weak bonds that tether the two planes.

Writing a thing about the Barbican refurb. V keen to chat to someone working on the refurb, and also someone who works on maintaining the estate currently. If this is you, or someone you know, do let me know. Ta! x
