The NRA archive listserv has an advert for a research service. That's fine (if there is a need, someone will monetise delivering it). I just find the company a bit "funny" as it A. Insults the archive services its business model relies on (archives don't respond to enquiries apparently)

Somewhat depressing that although the British Library is one of the headline cases, the article (and seemingly the report behind it) then pivots to talking solely about Galleries and Museums, ignoring Libraries. And Archives aren’t even mentioned. Don’t forget the L and A in GLAM!
