28 years of cyclosporiasis testing Screwworms eradicated in the US in 1966. Measles eradicated in the US in 2000. All are back because of this science denying administration.

I find this quote to be utter horseshit and not edifying in the least Graham is just another power monger with a story to sell. Aside from the fact that he was an awful person who shouldn’t be listened to in the first place due to his awfulness, this quote is just obviously untrue!

An amazing quote from Lindsey Graham in this Atlantic story. It really captures an essential truth about politics that too few people ever really come to terms with. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/0...

Indeed! This Bastille Day, let’s celebrate reconnecting with earth, with each other, with well-grown food, and with the necessity of storming the Bastille wherever we may find it in our own societies… today, I’m thinking it’s the ICE death camps! As JDM tends to say: “onwards ever!” Thx Jason!

Yes, it's the publication date for my book, "The Earth Said Remember Me." But did you also know it's pub date for Antonio Roman Alcala's "North Stars of Emancipation" (MIT Press) and Heather Hansman's "Fierce Country" (HarperCollins)? Spread the word and spread the love ...

Borders are fake, the Supreme Court is dominated by fascists, and their continued rulings to enable assholes to further dominate society, rule over the masses, and cause misery are disgusting. Sometimes it seems like the only “realistic” politics left is to burn it all down!

The Supreme Court's fifth and final decision is Blanche v. Lau, another 6–3 split. Per Thomas, the government does NOT require clear and convincing evidence that a green card holder committed a crime before divesting them of their lawful status at the border. www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/25p...

Remember how you used to just know everyone’s phone number? Then cell phones came out and you could barely recite your own number? That’s what AI’s endgame is but for every aspect of your life.

Curious if anyone out there has writing leads on the question of “authoritarianism” — that is, critiques of that framing. I’ve got an inclination that Marxist-Leninists have written such critiques, against anarchist ideas, but I’m not familiar enough with these critiques to engage them. Any leads?

Their main job is being done and done well: manufacturing consent for US empire! It’s how we get larger percentages of the population thinking the “US is winning the war” How these journalists live with themselves (as complicit as they are) is my question
