on my fifth or sixth reread i discovered another transgender character in hunter x hunter. or maybe i noticed this one before but it slipped my mind. anyway, it’s interesting how there are a few. togashi doesn’t shy away from all kinds of characters, and his subtle writing hides a lot of depth…
