i have a disproportionately high number of trans friends and acquaintances (5) that I knew before they came out and literally 100% of them are lighter, happier versions of themselves post-transition/coming out/whatever. (some of yall are still grumpy af but less than before thank GOD jk jk jk)

pet peeve I will not elaborate on is when people say they make their youtube videos dense and inscrutable because they believe their audience is intelligent and capable of complex thought.
