huh, my track Burn is twelve plays away from being my first with >1,000 plays on Spotify. seems to get on daylists just enough to keep accumulating plays. that would be cool to have around the album’s third birthday.

the new song is good but the whole process of releasing it has been so cursed, I've had reasons to take it down and resubmit it to Symphonic twice (including the stupid Omnisphere thing earlier) and I kept getting sick every time I had a good chunk of time to work on it. good times.

if you're going to use DRM that's too fucking stupid to keep itself activated, at least do users the favor of inserting white noise every so often so it's obvious in a project with 40 tracks

starting to see Claude-made UI fucking everywhere and it's kind of maddening. like, once you see it, you can't unsee it. I'm not someone who becomes furious upon seeing a CLAUDE dot md file in a GitHub repo, but it's just so low effort.
