so I'm trying to use the new Gameplay Camera System in Unreal, does anyone know how to get the location and forward vectors of the actual spawned camera? I feel like it should be simple but I haven't found any docs on it 😕 maybe I'll just read epic's c++ class itself

That "indie" is where innovation happens generally isn't true anymore. We iterate to breakthroughs. At large, indie is more risk-averse & homogenous than it's been - publishers gatekeep, focus on graphics, and balloon budgets. Innovation comes from self-published games launching their practice game.

I cannot emphasize how much early playtests will benefit your project. Not six months in, six weeks in. Before your vertical slice. Even if you would dismiss the feedback, it'll still have forced you to develop your early features horizontally, & it'll force you to really think about communication.
