I might be sensitive to this because I have a ton of friends that are game devs but my only wish for gaming discourse/discussions is that I wish a lot of y’all weren’t so fucking mean. I know we hate corporations but there are actual hard working people making these games. Critique with compassion.

I totally agree that AI crams in way too much detail, though human artists do that too sometimes, which is where AI “learned” it. Honestly, I love how this remake looks, and I usually prefer less detail. I'm super anti-AI, which is why it bums me out that AI has kind of ruined this art style.

Temperatures are so hot now during the summer and into fall, its easier to just stay indoors and justify not going out, compounded with socmed and at home distractions. Summers and fall will only get hotter due to anthropogenic climate change, the loneliness epidemic will get worse every year
