Congrats to all the award winners! 🤩🥇 Hope everyone enjoyed the Korean course meal and the beautiful, soulful songs as well. Tomorrow is already the last day of the main conference. See you at 9 a.m. in Vista Hall!
Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to celebrate this thing called ASE 2025 ;) @aseconf.bsky.social @mboehme.bsky.social @llingming.bsky.social
Checkout our talk of LSPFuzz @aseconf.bsky.social and let's discuss during the poster session! 🕒 14:40 – 14:50, Wed November. 19 📍 Grand Hall 2 This tool is built on top of LibAFL @aflplusplus.bsky.social
Interrupted by LSP crashes when coding? We built LSPFuzz (with #LibAFL) to help catch these bugs before they are shipped to you! Check out our #ASE2025 paper: LSPFuzz: Hunting Bugs in Language Servers. 📄 Preprint: aka.henryhc.net/lspfuzz-paper 📦 Code: github.com/henryhchchc/...
Don’t miss tonight’s banquet! It’s happening in Vista Hall 🎶. Join us!
Huge thanks to my advisor @mboehme.bsky.social and the @aseconf.bsky.social organizing committee for the support and the opportunity to volunteer! 🧑💻 It’s been an incredible experience learning from the community. Grateful for the path ahead! 🧭
The Student Research Competition is currently taking place in the poster session!
Congratulations to my former student, Ethan Stanley, on presenting his first conference talk! On Monday he presented his paper at @aseconf.bsky.social ASE 2025. conf.researchr.org/details/ase-... (Photo credit @snagycs.bsky.social.)
Crashing calculators and CAD editors? GUIFuzz++ is finally here to help make them better! 🔥 Come see my undergraduate student @trowlett0.bsky.social's very first paper "GUIFuzz++" at @aseconf.bsky.social this Wednesday. Also now integrated in @aflplusplus.bsky.social! 😃 github.com/AFLplusplus/...
Join us today for the keynote by Dr. Cristina Cifuentes!!
🎙️ #ASE2025 Keynote Speaker Series (2 of 3) Dr. Cristina Cifuentes, Vice President @ Oracle Software Assurance “Oracle Parfait – Detecting Application Vulnerabilities at Scale – Past, Present and Future”
Our hungry web chairs are happily filling up. 😉 Come join us for the welcome reception at Vista Hall! The live coding performance will also begin shortly 🎶
And another student of mine, Bernd Gruner, presenting continuous data flow-based threat modeling with FlowStrider at @aseconf.bsky.social
Did you know the booklet has the full schedule overview? It also includes venue maps and menu info! And right now, a lot of exciting presentations are happening in the Vista and Grand Hall 1~6.
Today at ASE 2025 @aseconf.bsky.social: “The fault in our stats”, or how the majority of notebooks fails to check even the most basic statistical assumptions
Absolutely loved Prof. Thomas Reps’s keynote. It was an inspiring journey from symbolic execution to path profiling and even quantum simulation. “Hijack the bad for the good!” 🐸🫅 Thank you, Prof. Reps!
ASE ’25 has just kicked off! Come join us at Vista Hall!
Happy to announce that I’ll be presenting our paper “Why AI Agents Still Need You” at ASE 2025. Based on a user study with Cursor, we discovered why the presence of tacit knowledge means that making agents collaborative will always be necessary, and argue for designing agents with this in mind.
Tomorrow, right after the morning opening session at 9:00, we’ll begin with our first keynote talk by Prof. Thomas Reps at 9:30!
🎙️ #ASE2025 Keynote Speaker Series (1 of 3) What do symbolic model checking, path profiling, and quantum simulation have in common? 🤔 Find out from Prof. Reps (University of Wisconsin-Madison) in his ASE2025 Keynote “We Will Publish No Algorithm Before Its Time”! conf.researchr.org/track/ase-20...
Tomorrow is the first day of the ASE’25 main conference! Hope everyone made it to Korea safely 🙌🇰🇷 If you want to promote your talk or poster, just tag @aseconf.bsky.social when you post!
Excited to be on my way to ASE in Seoul! Aiming to learn some Hangul on the flight. @aseconf.bsky.social
Wishing safe travels to those who are flying into Seoul for @aseconf.bsky.social - see you soon ;)
ASE’25 is just around the corner! Check out this page: kanit.page It’s a special website (made by our web chair👩🏻💻) for you, introducing the best apps to help you get around Seoul and enjoy local food 🍜🚆. Take a look while waiting for your flight. It’ll make your trip much smoother 😉
🤔 Wasm Program Reduction is slow. Can I speed it up? 💡Record and replay can directly target and isolate the bug-triggering function! Our paper "Execution-Aware Program Reduction for WebAssembly via Record and Replay" that addresses this problem will be presented at @aseconf.bsky.social 2025!
