After I quit my job, I bought a small building on Main Street in my hometown (pop. 505) and opened a lending library and free cinema, where I show movies on Friday nights. Last night: JAWS (My terrier is the official usher and full-time crumb-Roomba)

I just want the credit I deserve. This week I've forced 3 bored teenagers who have been fed non-stop movie slop ... I have forced them to see live theater in creaky old venues. Two musicals in one week! Summer stock is the most wonderful gift to small towns. (The kids remain unimpressed.)
