I am entirely serious when I say that this should be seen as a moderate position. It specifically and surgically dismantles institutions that did not exist pre-9/11 and assigns their functions much as they were assigned pre-9/11.

Okay, judges need to cut this out. Like immediately. I get that you want to cling to a certain reality that reinforces your faith in the system you represent, but we live in a new reality now. Not only is the government untrustworthy, it’s the LEAST trustworthy party ALWAYS. Act accordingly.

Reminder that HSI should be wholly abolished and none of its staff kept. Their mission is to investigate "the illegal movement of people, goods, money, contraband, weapons and sensitive technology." They're just letting that happen, too busy doing this and guarding the reflecting pool Trump ruined.

Ilhan Omar’s home was raided today, weeks after border czar Tom Homan cited an “ongoing criminal investigation.” It reportedly involves immigration paperwork when she was a child. There is NOT an ongoing investigation of Homan taking $50,000 in an FBI bribery sting because Trump killed that probe.

When people say it’s wrong to compare a U.S. political party to Nazis, I usually shut that down with one question: Are you claiming it can’t happen here? Because you’re either claiming it can’t happen here, or you acknowledge it can but your position is it would be wrong to speak up.
