Today I found out that I'm not elegible for a fellowship for which I was preparing an application. The deadline was very tight, and I would have needed to work during most of my vacations. I'm instead elegible for a different category, with a deadline 4 months later. That means early vacation! Yay!

Continuing with games that I bought a decade ago, I just finished Transistor (2014). Fantastic vibes. The art and music are incredible and carry the game. Overall a fun short adventure with a decent combat system. In a few months, I'm not sure I'll remember anything but the art and the vibes.
I'm canceling myself for this. Didn't know Ferran Torres was a fascist. Sometimes I really miss famous people being just shallow dummies looking to party and have fun ane fame ...

It appears that Resident Evil HD (and I guess the OG) is a pretty awful game to start, stop for almost a month due to work commitments, and come back to. RE1, we are just not meant for each other.

I'm starting to regret some life choices. So it's been conference, immediately go to a heavy metal concert, rest 1 day, 1 day of normal work, travel for a thesis panel. Now tomorrow I'll have 1 day of normal work, then a master's thesis panel (+normal work), 1 day of rest, travel for a conference.

This weekend I have been driving an electric car for the first time in my life, and it has been really great. More comfortable, responsive, and easier, than any ICE car I had ever tried. Compared to my own car, I really apreciated it being dead-silent while climbing a steep road at 90 km/h.
