Yea, this is shameful. We’ve been debating the ICC Prosecutor’s situation based on a number of leaks that different news outlets (with different interests) obtained from sources. To this day, the public does not have access to any official document.
Key documents remain confidential: procedural records, key decisions, the OIOS findings, and the ad hoc Panel's conclusions. That opacity has damaged confidence in the process and caused direct harm to the complainant/alleged victim at the centre of the allegations.
