I need to find out whether you can start as troupe master/death jester/Shadowseer as soon as you join a Masque or not As far as I know, felarchs can be simple craftworlder leaders and take their loyal aeldari with them and just like that be felarchs Quins are precious with their tech, so probs no

My aeldari sanctuary. Currently in love with my harlequin W&G character. I've been new to 40k for a year now and I plan on being new for the next 5 years at least!
Ice cream is criminally expensive at beaches, but the weather lately has been so perfect for ice cream #wh40k #warhammer40k #aeldari #eldar
Need to finish Faces by Matthew Farrer. Such a whimsical structure for a short story, very much fitting the harlequins. Reminds me of the Shadowseer in Death's Mercy saying "clarity is a false truth, often obscuring the complexities of reality." Not for everyone, for sure, but appeals greatly to me
tolkien elves had impossibly resilient bodies: their issue was that their mind really Was All That, literal broken heart stuff. love how 40k takes the Mentally Unbalanced™ aspect to 11, making it so that the aeldari can't wield some wraithbone weapons without being mentally compromised in some way.
I so forget my harlequin's Holo-suit gives her +2 stealth, besides +2 defence. I need to get better at my surprise attack game. I'm foaming at the mouth because I can't get stimms and a heart of Vaul yet.
Pom Klementieff's Mission Impossible character of Paris is an homage/update/subersion of veteran yellowface actor Leonard Nimoy's 60's MI master of disguise Paris Instead of Nimoy's kabuki geisha parody, Pom's makup is a Commedia DellArte Harlequinade archtype, tearful Pierrot destined for betrayal
Dead Reckoning rules because you may think that this character looks and acts like that because of some kind of orientalism. But actually the reason is she's French. This is not some pervert's dream ninja geisha. This is an annoying mime named after the city of piss.
I wonder if such a tree is inspired by real world attempts to bring a tree from the southern hemisphere to the north, or similar transplants. But beyond that, it is such a cool observation that from them the value is not in the material beauty or value alone, but rather in the abstract beauty.
sometimes Tolkien just hits you upside the head
I like space elves. I just think they're neat

Keep watching ballet video to learn how aeldari might move.
Is it wrong to feel sad for Invisible Chains' succubus Arzehia Darkfyre? For starters, her name is so cool, but beyond her literally being an actual 40k succubus and beyond good and evil (but beyond evil, as in something that is way worse than evil), she reads as so mentally fragile to me.
not drukhari society reminding me a lot to one of my most recent corporate jobs... Actually gives me a good idea for my wrath & glory group
omg ogm g omg mg i need to finish Queen of Knives and start Voidscarred NOW. It's such a haunting line because it is so real, beyond the aeldari.
Harlequin troupe player in love with their Death Jester. Trying so hard to stretch and contort themselves next to their Death Jester's shrieker cannon, kind of to try and resemble it: pick me pick me pick me train me train me train me
Need to bring back Musicians. Concept became Eldar Bonesinger, but current one is more wizard.
This is the future AELDARI want for your Agriworld?! (make AELDARI great again (?))
Idk why but it really tickles me when eldar guides replace the word "man" with "elf" like yknow "10-elf unit" "5-elf squad"
Warp Spiders and Phoenix Lord! Started these Warp Spiders Friday evening and finished them up late Saturday night. #warhammer #40k #aeldari #eldar #warhammercommunity #nerdlings #MiniaturePainting
Like if it were me, I'd 100% do an Infinite and the Divine type novel based around Eldrad Ulthran fleshing out one of his prior intrigues in an earlier era and then it telescopes forward to the Indomitus Crusade era as he's sitting in his craftworld drinking the Aeldari equivalent of fine booze.
Telemachus in the odyssey living the craftworld eldar experience: his parents' son. as good as it gets for some (?) craftworld eldar for centuries As younger generations get older and older, we are still our parent's kids and defined by our "still waiting for a big job" despite working our 15th job
One of the really funny things of the GW 40K fluff is that the Eldar have been especially screwed by it when on paper they should be hella interesting and seemingly easy to do well in an interesting book. Cormorragh as Vegas meets Mos Eisley up to 11 is one thing.

In Thorpe's A Deadly Wit, a Great Harlequin asks his Death Jester to think like a Warboss DJ goes, let me shoot my head with a neurodisruptor The Great Quin is like, you worry too much to play death. Just think how to annoy the Ork. And the DJ goes, easy! 3 sentences from you and even I am fuming
