I think the moderate position, if there is another presidential election, is the firing, civil court subpoena, or arrest of every criminal, top to bottom, that had actively worked to curtail and trample over the rights of countless innocent people. This is the moderate position if we believe in law.

Now, in our case against DHS's construction-site raids, the government is arguing in court that its employees names are "confidential" and should not be made public during litigation.
