To make things worse, AI *can't do the jobs* it's replacing: AI is predicated on the premise that monopolies, duopolies and cartels that control the global economy can deliberately worsen their products without suffering economic or regulatory consequences, because they're the only game in town. 4/
As an economic pathology, AI is *extraordinary*. AI boosters have spent a baffling and terrifying sum of money - over $1.4T, most of that in the past year - on the promise of making as many workers unemployed as possible, while lowering the wages of the meager survivors of this jobspocalypse. 3/

I love furry was wonderful. Been thinking a lot about how I experience community (especially being a few years out of college now) and seeing all the familiar faces on the wall gave me warm fuzzies. My favorite was easily the family photos, having each one framed was a great touch.

This book was chock-full of delightful stories. I took lots of pictures of the contents that I won't share here, but I'd be happy to DM them to you if you couldn't make it out!
I gasped at the mirrors with the VRChat photos. I regret not doing a recording about the significance of VRChat in my Furry coming out, and the story of a German protogen, Cable, who showed me the first VRChat mirror at The Great Pug. I may have recorded a different story though... 🙂
