In 2021, we published an article in eLife on the role of CLE40 in Arabidopsis shoot meristem development ( see here: elifesciences.org/articles/70934 ). We recently found that one of the Arabidopsis lines used in that publication.....

Wie die Polizei aktuell mitteilt werden derzeit 14 Menschen medizinisch versorgt und eine Person wurde getötet. Der Vorfall ereignete sich gegen 22 Uhr im Bereich der Lennéstraße im Berliner Tiergarten.

I was a bit nervous about this final replication experiment, but it turns out I’m finishing my lab work on a high note. It’s the smoothest experiment I’ve had during my entire PhD, and we now have more samples than necessary with clearly reproduced results and statistical significance 🥳
