This new story I'm writing about aliens ("my old bullshit") started out with a line that I thought would launch it so well, but yeah it turns out I accidentally started writing the story half way through, so this line is now the middle of the story ohhhhhhhhhhhh well.

Bleh. I'm officially too far in to stop this draft. For better or worse, whatever publishers do or don't want when it's done, it will eventually be Novel 4 (technically 5). Is it silly that my brain does Sunk Cost Fallacy for writing novels? Yes. But also, it's worked for me.

One time an Oscar-nominated writer jokingly described he and his co-host (who happens to be a favorite director of mine) as “just podcasters from Indiana” and it really felt like a response to me asking a guest to come on my podcast hahahahaha. They’d had the guest on, and I can’t help but wonder...
