That's a wrap on Final Fantasy VII Rebirth! Wow just wow. I went into it hoping I'd like it more than Remake bc I wasn't the biggest fan. Rebirth proved to me the true beauty of this universe. I can't wait to experience more of it! I'll have more thoughts in Nintendo Force and Level Up Legacy.

STARBITES IMPRESSIONS THREAD I've played about 15 hours of STARBITES so far on Nintendo Switch! This turn-based JRPG takes place in a post apocalyptic setting and stars spunky protagonist Lukida. While it's a bit rough around the edges, I've had lots of fun! More info below! 👇

Remaking the Sky games has been such a great decision for Falcom, and so many people (especially in the West) have jumped into the series for the first time because of it. It's no wonder they are going straight into 2nd Chapter to keep up that momentum. It's gonna pay off. 🤩

• With the strong sales of "Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter", Falcom exceeded its revised semester* forecast by double digits (image 2) • The company now expect a record fiscal year* with a revised forecast (image 3) *Semester ending March 2026 *Fiscal Year ending September 2026

Played Mixtape over the weekend and had a great time! It's a short, coming-of-age story most def inspired by John Hughes movies, so folks who grew up in that era will resonate with it the most. While I don't think it breaks the mold, its art direction and OST elevate the experience! 1/2

Happy Anniversary to the game that got me into the Fire Emblem series! I love FE Awakening, and you really can't understate its significance to the series and how it allowed for more games to be made. One of my pipe dreams is to get a remaster/remake of it one day. 🤩

Made the trip to Tachikawa to be face to face with Nihon Falcom's HQ! Yes, it's an unassuming office building, and yes, it was a bit of a detour from Tokyo. But the Trails series has changed my life, and I HAD to see where the magic happens. 🥹

Visited the Imperial Palace Gardens and checked out two more Pokémon Center locations in Central Tokyo earlier today! Also, Tokyo Station, I was not familiar with your game! There were so many adorable stores including the Pokémon Center. I could've spent hours there!
