Has anyone else found that Opus 5 is having more stupidly in the last few days? Or just me and @dbsmasher.com? It really went from a well reasoning system to spewing nonsense and having to correct itself A LOT in a weekend.

There are at least THREE ironies in this news feed snippet. AI writing about AI. AI saying what it's written may not be factual and you shouldn't trust it. And then AI mentioning human error in the context of air travel like it's not heard of decades of research on this topic.
