@danielmorrisey.com Thanks for the TestFlight feedback! This one is specific to iOS 27, I'll see how the next few iOS 27 Beta builds behave as Apple refines the new navigation bar handling. We have it set up to show a blur but it seems to vanish in some cases.
@themaritimelord.bsky.social Just a heads up that the latest version of Buffer’s Composer includes fixes for several issues you reported during testing. I tracked down a some causes of the black screen issue, improved media handling, and we’ve now switched post creation over to our latest backend.

@buffer.com just turned 15 🥳 I’ve been at Buffer for over 13 years, and I've been working on it for more than 14 years, if you count the freelance period when I built v1.0 of the iOS app. That means I’ve been working on Buffer for over 95% of its entire journey.
Submitted the latest Alpenglow update with the new onboarding flow. Fixed a handful of bugs I hadn’t spotted since v11 shipped in September, and even put the app on a little diet by optimizing images and moving over to string catalogs. 🎉

Dual Knit Band is way more comfortable. The Apple Store app suggested Medium when I ordered. Later scans said Large, but thankfully Medium fits perfectly. Wore the it for a good number of hours while working today, definitely a worthwhile upgrade for the M2 Vision Pro.

Buffer@buffer.com · 10mo agoAndy here 👋 This week, I started dusting off our iOS Composer Rewrite project. The very first task was bringing the interface up to date with Liquid Glass and our new Visual Refresh, so it feels right at home with the rest of the app.
Last week was a big one for our iOS app - we shipped the most significant update since I (Andy) released the very first version back in 2012. 🚀
