Does anyone else remember Twitter? I’ve got a new print release today, my first one of 2026. It’s called Blue Bird and you can grab one of them at harmanprojects.myshopify.com/products/sco...

My urge to put my life on social media has faded and I wonder if it has for others too. I'm just happy with the select group of techy weirdos I've found here to whom I can share cool little projects and such, but otherwise my personal life stays personal. I don't post to Facebook anymore.
highly anecdotal, but I've been getting the growing sense that certain demographics are just kinda over social media more broadly
I might be going a little crazy with the work office theming idea 😅 I just felt the need to have more salty sea captains and assorted accouterments in my new space. Third lunch break now finding sufff at antique stores. The treasure chest has ring pops in it 😅. Anyone have sea captain paintings? 😁
New machine day! We got Space Station and a darts machine that uses the CRT from a terminal.
On this day in 1993, Microsoft released Windows NT 3.1
@techconnectify.bsky.social I heard you on NPR and immediately get super excited as my friends were confused why... Guessed that you would absolutely call out dishwasher pods during that interview and I got that right 😅
Anyone else on pinside? Got an account for the pinball machines and up to add people as contacts.
Imposter Syndrome/Belongingness Uncertainty sure is hitting strong today... 🫠
Inherited the main sign from our now defunct burning man camp that my dad designed. Got it de-playaed last night and ready to hang in the arcade. Almost a year ago this was put up for the last time on the Playa and we didn't know it. 😔
My childhood hardware store from the 90s is still there and open. I should have gone in. It's probably just as ancient and dusty as it was back then.
Anyone else just kinda get impostor syndrome for life in general? Like, how do I even multi-cell organism with feelings and friends and credit scores? Am I even existing correctly? This year kinda sucks and feels off and I don't feel like I fit in with anything that well.....😒

People who keep pointing out that golf courses use as much water as data centres as some sort of defence of data centres drastically underestimate the amount we also hate golf.
Using an actual mace from the 1500s to beat up a piñata at a birthday party, as one does.⚔️
Remember when a phone's biggest flex was that it had NO antenna sticking out? The 3210 was Nokia's first mass-market phone to hide its aerial inside the case — and it, plus its cousin the 3310, sold over 280 million units combined. (1/9) spectrum.ieee.org/nokia-phones...
It's set up! But, oh my does this need some work. Some sort of game motor keeps running and I'm already seeing broken wires.
Holy crap we just got a fantastic monsoon. It blew over the biggest dinosaur 😅
Grandads car finally unloaded and in its new home. Once life calms down a bit, I'll work on figuring out the fuel system issues. Fuels been sitting for way too long and it definitely needs an injector rebuild.
