My wife keeps making Eton mess cos it has fruit in it and we’re on a diet apparently. Not entirely sure of the logic there but I’m staying quiet and enjoying having dessert more often.

Is it the summer? Are we out on a day trip on a word day? Is there a cathedral involved? Will there be a pub lunch later? Anyone who knows us understands these are entirely rhetorical questions…

Did an interview last Friday where the candidate had obviously plugged the teams chat into ChatGPT. Given they were pretty basic questions & a couple were asking for an opinion this was a bit dire. On reflection his CV was a bit too good. I am feeling very very old and more than a little jaded.
