July 5th - A Journey with Goddess Päivätär is the Finnish Goddess of the sun, of life, of light. She spins the sun's bright rays into radiant cloth (along with her sister Kuutar who weaves the light of the moon). Päivätär is also connected with bees; she is the keeper of the sacred healing honey.

Still depressed about the EHRC and what it says about the decline of feminism in my lifetime. But, to all my trans & NB friends, colleagues & students: try to remember that only a small, genital-obsessed minority want this (however hard the media try to change that).
