I’m excited to announce that the next con I’m attending is Stay-My-Ass-at-Home-Con 2026. It technically started today and it runs for the rest of the year. Lines are short and concessions are free!
Hardest part about leaving #comiccon isn’t saying goodbye (even though that part is hard AF), it’s sorting through the hundreds of photos and videos for posts and recaps 🫠

My amateur videos don’t capture even a fraction of the energy you feel in person at a Lucha Libre event. The crowd is HYPE from the first round to the last. Obscenities and “Mexico” chants for three hours straight without a dip in enthusiasm or passion. Just incredible
This was one of the best sporting events I ever went to. I felt like a superhero last night. I lost my voice, drank a couple of Micheladas, and watched a Luchadores lose his mask! I can’t recommend watching a Lucha Libre in Mexico enough.
A second print worth seeking out is Assorted Crisis Events #8. It’s printed on newsprint and worth every penny. @denizcamp.bsky.social, whose idea was it for the newsprint, and where do I sign the petition to make this the industry default again?
Can you imagine retiring from comics at the height of your career and skills? That's what Eisner Hall of Fame legend Stephen Bissette was forced to do in the late 90's after the implosion of the direct market. Leaving behind one of the best dinosaur comics of all time unfinished
