What we are looking at here are two countries targeting civilian companies/infrastructure. Don't get me wrong. Russia needs stop this war, but we cannot condemn one of these actions without also condemning the other.

German economy minister Reiche's answer to Chinese EV competition is to weaken vehicle emissions rules. What decade does she live in? Reiche: "It is important that Brussels now delivers on making fleet regulation flexible enough to ensure that no fines are imposed"

Look newspapers, I know you think it's really important to report every time Trump says something about Iran, but after six months of nonsense, his statements have the same credibility as Muhammad Saeed al-Sahhaf (former Iraqi minister of information) ... or Baghdad Bob.

For f.. sake newspapers. The newspapers in Europe has spent months talking about the dangers of AI, calling for regulations, including regulations to protect journalism from being misused ... but now that the regulations are here, the newspaper do a 180 and start to report how we should not do this.

I got into a heated discussion with a friend over something in the news, and It reminded me of how 18% is avoiding the news because it leads to conflicts. This was one of those times. There was no reason for us to have that argument. We would both had been better of if we had avoided the news.

We know how to decarbonise our energy systems. We know how to decarbonise road and rail transportation. We know how to produce low carbon cement and steel. Humanity doesn’t have to suffer ever worse heatwaves and droughts. We can avoid this.

One of the single most useful things to use AI for is converting PDF studies into actual excel data files. In the old days, I would often manually type in the numbers to get the data as data... so this saving me so much time!!

This is getting f... ridicules. Back in 2023, I bought two 8 TB SSD, for a price of DKK 2939 ($453/€392) each. But, I need another one, and now they same exact thing is now 16,848 DKK ($2,599/€2,254). 🤬🤬🤬 I'm obviously not going to buy that.
