Not addressed is Tucker Carlson comes from the brand of complementarian evangelicalism strategically marketed globally as "biblical" manhood/womanhood (men lead women submit to male leadership) created in the late 198Os as a backlash against feminism and rise of evangelical feminism in the church.
If I have this right, Congress added SAVE Act to budget reconciliation package that needs 50 Senate votes instead of 60. If passed married women who took their husband's name, or have hyphenated names must have an ID that matches her current name such as a passport, that many can't afford, to vote.
And earlier in the movement that Hegseth is now part of, there was a shift away from the traditional Christian understanding of God as beyond gender, to an assertion that God is literally male.
