'Not for the faint hearted' Never has a caption been more fitting for a photograph! "A Barnsley chop is a thick, double-sided lamb loin chop cut from the animal's saddle, featuring meat from both sides of the spine with a central bone and tender fillet."

A cooked Barnsley chop on a wooden display stand with a plaque that reads: “Brooklands Restaurant, Home of the Barnsley Chop, ‘Not for the faint hearted’.”.

Looking forward to our Yorkshire Day celebrations at Darfield Museum today. We’re open from 10.00-14.00 and the hurling of Yorkshire Puddings into a flat cap will take place at 11.00am! See you all there!

If there's one thing we've all learnt about social media this week it's how the Instagram collaboration feature works. We're on Insta so feel free to tag us in non controversial posts. We're too busy working on Yorkshire Day and National Doll Day content to have time to appear on Newsnight.
