The Jealousy Epiphany trope is overdone, but it works so well for bowuigi. Luigi who feels a pang in his chest every time Bowser kidnaps Peach, he tells himself he's being silly but it doesn't go away. Bowser who gets angry whenever somebody pays attention to Luigi, even though HE isn't either.

Spent the morning thinking about Luigi, after hooking up with Bowser once and being too embarrassed to openly admit he wants to do it again, approaching Bowser after he's been defeated and offering to let Bowser, uh, "take out his frustration" on Luigi.
short #bowuigi idea: Luigi has decided to troll his brother by constantly joking about being into Bowser, hinting that they're having a secret affair, etc. He continues the gag at a tennis tourney, and surprisingly Bowser doesn't get angry, just seems mildly annoyed by the whole thing.
I think it's good for me to ship something that will definitely never be canon in any way, ever. It's good exercise for the brain! I have to make connections all by myself from absolutely nothing! 💪😤

Thinking again about Bowser and Luigi forced to work together, and agreeing early on that they're just using each other to get out of this situation. But the longer it goes on the more and more Bowser gets angry that Luigi keeps being NICE to him. Why make him like him if it's all going to end soon!

Last night's weird dream involved a woman who had been caught in an avalanche and was trapped under the snow for multiple days. That's another one of my irrational fears. I don't think I'm claustrophobic exactly but the idea of being TRAPPED is horrifying to me.
