PA State Senator Coleman (District 16 Bucks/Lehigh) is proposing an Idaho Stop law for PA. The Idaho stop allows bicyclists to treat stop signs as yield signs and red lights as stop signs. Similar laws already exist in 18 states and the District of Columbia. www.youtube.com/watch?fbclid...
