Not wrong but certainly not wise to post information gained from a privileged position knowing it would probably go viral with fans on social media. Many firms might now think twice about employing him (or his company) in a position of trust. It would certainly be a red flag for me.

Visited my 91-year-old Dad today; he asked how I thought the Owls would do. I gave him the full lowdown on the attacks on Pedersen. The idea that people think their opinions are important enough to write down, and that these views were based on practice games, clearly, totally baffled him. #SWFC

Two back-to-back warm-up games today: Accrington 0 SWFC 0 Oldham 4 SWFC 0 So in the last 8 days, teams representing Sheffield Wednesday have played 230 minutes, conceding ten goals and scoring none. So, is it going to be another one of those seasons? Or can we yet find some rhythm and belief?

mason Burstow in the door for #SWFC. Looks a big strong CF. What’s the word from #BWFC and #HCFC fans as to what we can expect. I’m feeling slightly cautious remembering the clamour to get UGBO on board and how that turned out. Hopefully this one will have been scrutinised well before signing

Incredibly I have seen some #SWFC fans on club websites and FB moaning about the Trueman signing… Have people really forgotten the mess we was in 90 days ago? We nearly didn’t have a club. Some people need to remember the reality of the situation

Owls retain their Category 2 Academy status after upgrades to their facilities. It is understood this was at risk after the previous owner had not invested. Among other benefits, Wednesday can sign youngsters from a wider geographical area. #SWFC

Mason Burstow looking to be joining from Hull on a season long loan. Had a good season at Bolton last year albeit faded a bit. Make or break year for him you would think to push on and at 22 he has plenty of chance of doing so #SWFC

I am wondering, with the transfer fee restrictions, and as Louie Barry’s loan turned into a permanent move, whether Sheffield Wednesday are pushing for Yan Valery to stay. I didn't see the game but have heard that we look very lopsided against Stoke, with more needed on the on the right side.
