It had a very comic strip art style and was only vaguely memorable. I thought I had imagined it until @bitterkarella.bsky.social ‘s podcast episode about it and then my mind melted.

Front facing Mr Peanutbutter always looked weird to me. I think it’s his wide oval eyes and pupils making his head look like it was stretched just a bit too long in photoshop.
