I know I'm pretty late to the obsidian <> ai stuff, but after more than 3k notes, I didn't wanted an ai going loose in my vault. But I now have a pretty nice setup that manually sync, snapshot before and after the ai work, and it's been quite helpful! All built by opencode sdk

Screenshot of a dark purple dashboard titled ‘Beaussan Ops, OpenCode vault crons’ showing the Runs page. A banner says runs execute one at a time while snapshot file reads can happen up to 16 at once. The main table lists recent Obsidian vault automation runs, all marked succeeded, with tasks like generating Readwise notes, refining MOCs, and processing AI migration clusters.

🤔 What if there were a conference without talks? Just hanging out with OSS maintainers & builders, seeing what they’re working on, and learning cool stuff by actually talking to people. 🤯 What if hallway track turned into the whole event! 💡 @tannerlinsley.com is exploring it. Interested? ⬇️

I am looking for a full-time job. Being independent in open source for 3.5+ years has been wonderful. I've gotten done most of the high-level goals I wanted to, and miss having people & structure around me. If you know of a role for a staff-level TypeScript+web developer, let me know! 🙂

Like every couple of weeks, I try @rolldown.rs @vite.dev on PayFit's frontend codebase, but this time, it's all green 🎉 And the stats are pretty impressive, from 2m builds down to 8s ! All of that, with nearly no config change (just a polyfill plugin). Maybe it's time to run it in prod 🎉

I've loved the digital edition, but I always like a physical editions of the books I've enjoyed a lot! If you have to deal with legacy codebase, this book is full of actionable and useful tips! Thanks a lot @nicoespeon.com for writing this!
