I have had multiple Air Guard/Reserve pilots/aircrew reach out to me about the deployment rates and lengths. Guardsmen and reservists are part time, and have civilian jobs. Retention in the flying ranks is going to be atrocious, and they were already down pilots and aircrew. More this week
