I spent most of October in the US. I did not expect to have so many conversations with nurses upset about the inhumanity being caused by the dobbs decision. Women having miscarriages are being denied basic healthcare. My heart breaks for Porscha 💔

Her case raises questions about how abortion bans are pressuring doctors to avoid standard care even in straightforward miscarriages.
