Using AI is straight up eroding skills and attention span. It makes you think "Why do this if I can use AI? It's way faster.", until your brain automatically responds to any task with AI. Taking the very first step you'd normally have no issue with, suddenly becomes hard, because it was replaced.

Like dudes, the emotional dependence on a sycophantic machine regurgitating nonsense to encourage you to stop engaging in critical thought and trust the slop is truly depressing to witness.
Social media also caused attention spans to fry and AI to boom. People want to see art of a specific thing and now they can get it any time.

Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.
