Look: I like infill development as much as the next guy, but you can't say "we're going to reverse gentrification" and "rents collapsed" when all your chart shows is rents partially reversed a sudden spike but are still 15% higher than they were four years ago.

We are going to build so many apartments that regular families can, once again, buy a home here. Austin upzoned, builders built a ton of housing, rents collapsed. SF can do the same.
