Monthly update here, lmao. We have been cat sitting this little guy for a few weeks. He’s the cutest thing ever and also a wanted criminal. What’s up, Glup 🐈

I FINALLY beat RE9 over the weekend. Even though the first half scared me so much I almost wanted to stop playing, I still really enjoyed it. After SHf and this, am I just more of a weenie or are games just scarier now? lol (The answer is both)

Other life updates, we got a bird feeder in hopes of deterring a lot of the wasps in our area and because I love seeing them. This morning one of our local strays/feral cats stopped by to grab a bite as I was leaving for work. I thought it was a little girl but maybe it’s a boy? (Big cheeks)

I was unable to volunteer this month, so I donated to a local charity instead. I’m sticking to my goal of doing one or the other at least once a month this year. It’s not a lot, but I still want to help however I can. Keeping myself accountable.

'A simple (perfect) life' - my spring landscape is finally finished! An apple orchard in bloom, old railway, sheep with their lambs and an allotment being prepared for growing :) Zoom in to see all the other tiny details too... I think this might be my favourite aerial embroidery I've ever done!

Right now I have Resident Evil Requiem, Fatal Frame 2 remake, and Pokopia to play. I reeeeally need to finish RE, but Pokopia has really sucked me in. It’s got that Animal Crossing itch I missed.

The hardest choices of my life. It pained me to remove NieR Automata, but I already have the OG NieR so I’ll take it. There are SO many horror, and PS2 era games that really defined me. Had to go with ones I’d prattle on about until I ran out of breath. my9games.com

I think some of these titles could cycle out with other titles depending on what day you ask me, but they're all games I would come back to repeatedly. my9games.com

I love playing Jeff, but I also love blasting my music at full volume and not hearing the rest of the game. (Only in non-comp games of course)

Glad I got my early voting done, between being sick and new medical troubles, I’ve just had no energy for anything. Resident Evil Requiem arrives for me tomorrow, hoping to play that at least! Volunteering on Monday and also hoping for a break so I can do what I need to do. Fingers crossed.

I fear I’ve had a string of bad luck with my right arm in general. I jammed my thumb and had to wear a thumb brace/wrap for a couple weeks. Then I popped a blood vessel in my middle finger (same hand). And now off/on arm numbness. Set me free from this curse, I have enough problems to deal with.

It’s really frustrating to be so held back by chronic nerve pain. I’ve got a fun new wave of symptoms that keep me from doing my job efficiently lately. I also feel like I complain about it a lot for someone who, on the outside, looks physically fine. But I hurt nearly every single day. Annoying!
