Attention to detail is good until it isn't; I gotta periodically remind myself that nothing will explode if not every line is perfect Sometimes intentional work means INTENTIONALLY sparing myself the agony of chasing down stray pixels that no one else will notice or care about 🙌

Update: I adjusted prices and added some lower-cost options :> Also, from now until 7 August, ordering with the code BSKY10 will give you 10% off your commission! Thank you very much to those who have shared or contributed so far! Everything is appreciated 🙏 ko-fi.com/beetlesaur/l...

many posture themselves as self-flaggelators while forgetting that mortification is about faith. the flagellation is in the growth, the hard work put into your craft. that is the "suffering" : not berating yourself again and again until you've forgotten why you began creating in the first place.

It seems people are often afraid of liking their own art work due to the worry of being perceived as egotistical or conceited, but you can still love your work and have a huge driving force behind that acting as a love for learning and improving. You can be proud and seek joy while you grow.
